New Life Model Of Care

New Life Medical Addiction Services is South Jersey’s newest and most innovative outpatient drug rehab center. At New Life, located in Marlton, NJ, we provide comprehensive drug rehab and alcohol rehab services to individuals aged 18 and older who are struggling with substance abuse.

Outpatient Drug Rehab

While the physical impact of substance abuse are hugely important and can be devastating, the doctors and staff at New Life recognize that a person who drinks or uses drugs (whether prescribed or illicit) suffers on emotional, psychological, and spiritual levels. Many people use substances to escape emotional pain (stress, loneliness, anger, shame, guilt, or depression) which only makes these problems worse and often leads to an increased use of addictive substances. Over time, and without an appropriate intervention, this repeated pattern of substance use leads to erosion of health, trust and self-respect.

The toll that addiction takes is profound. Many patients not only struggle with their jobs, professional lives, and finances but the devastation hits home in terms of the toll it takes on relationships with family and loved ones.

At New Life Medical Addiction Services, we believe that an individual can arrest the development of alcohol use disorder and opioid addiction and fully recover from their devastating effects. Recovery is not a one-time event and for many, managing substance use or mental health disorder requires the same vigilance and commitment to health as managing diabetes or high blood pressure. A combination of medical care, lifestyle factors and personal choices can have a great impact on improving quality of life. The patients we treat DO recover and find new meaning in their lives and relationships.

The team at New Life Medical Addiction Services believes that the answer lies in an individualized approach to recovery and drug rehab. For each of our patients we understand that a path to a life free of drug addiction and alcohol dependence is ultimately a personal journey. Each of our patients is a unique individual and requires a person-centered approach to identify a customized drug rehab and treatment plan that will move them into recovery.

Our outpatient drug rehab treatment center was established by prominent medical professionals to create a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for those who suffer from addiction but have a desire to become sober. We are committed to personal growth, equality in treatment, collaboration with you and your loved  ones as well as providing dependable service. We believe in developing healthy relationships based on shared power and accountability where both parties can take initiative and respond to each other.

New Life’s outpatient approach to detox and rehab is a preferred alternative for most of our patients when compared to traditional 30-day inpatient treatment. While inpatient treatment is necessary for some patients, many find that living at home and continuing to work or go to school while they detox, and recover is a much better option. New Life offers the same full range of medication assisted treatment, counseling and after care that residential programs offer. We just let our patients recover in a way that doesn’t remove them from their families and occupations.

Our drug rehab specialists are here to listen to you and work on a plan that will help you return to the life that you or your loved one deserves . We draw upon a range of professional perspectives including those from medicine, nursing, counseling, family therapy, social work and psychology to provide care within multidisciplinary team. All of our patients have access to:

  • Medically supervised drug rehab, detox, and withdrawal symptom management by a board certified physician for alcohol and opiates
  • Psychiatric Evaluation completed by a board certified psychiatrist
  • Medication Assisted Treatment (Suboxone, Naltrexone, Sublocade) for substance abuse
  • Individual Therapy
  • Peer Counseling
  • Group Therapy and Counseling
  • Family Therapy

We want to stand by you as you consider making major decisions regarding your health, recovery and well-being.
