The patient portal at New Life allows our patients should have easy, instant access to his or her health information at any time. We are pleased to present this opportunity through the use of a secure Internet portal. Using this portal, you will be able to access your health information online. The sign up process is easy! When your visit is complete, instructions on using the portal and activating your account will be provided to you before you leave. Once your account is activated, you will be able to access information from your visit: allergies, procedures, lab results, vitals, and more—all in one place!

Directions for creating an account:

Step 1: During registration, we will ask you if you would like to create a Patient Portal

Step 2: Our EMR automatically creates a unique User ID and password (it can be changed) that will be provided to you

Step 3: From Resources tab on our website select Patient Portal and log in using information we provided

Step 4: Congratulations! Your account has now been activated
