Kristen Misyak LCSW, LCADC is the Clinical Director & Facility Administrator for New Life Medical Addiction Services.

Kristen earned dual licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor after she graduated from Stockton University in 2017 with a master’s degree in social work. Kristen has been in the field of addiction and mental health treatment services for over 8 years in a variety of positions such as call center associate, family services specialist, and primary therapist. Kristen has also served in supervisory positions such as admissions supervisor, Director of Family Services, Assistant Clinical Director, and now Clinical Director.

Kristen’s skill set is embedded in Family Systems Theory and Humanistic Theory. Her clinical approach is one that is client-centered with an emphasis on interpersonal relationships, self-actualization, and positive psychology.
