Dr Savon, or Dr. Joe as many patients and colleagues like to call him, is  the Chief Medical Officer at New Life Medical Addiction Services as well as one of its Co-Founders. This role came naturally to Dr. Savon since he has been an esteemed member of the New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia medical communities for over 35 years.

Over the past several years, Dr. Savon has become increasingly concerned by the country’s growing addiction crisis and took it upon himself to become an expert in proven medical approaches to managing addiction. To provide the level of drug addiction help that the people of New Jersey need, Dr. Joe chose to seek further education and credentialization in the medical management and treatment of addiction to opioids, alcohol and other addictive substances and he is now a member of the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine in the sub-specialty of Addiction.
